The University of Nigeria recently entered a collaboration with the University of Cape Town, with the Africa Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Power and Energy Development (ACESPED) as an active unit to facilitate the incorporation of two new courses into the Renewable and New Energy Systems (RNES) programme. The project is known as Transforming Energy Access Learning Partnerships (TEA-LP). The TEA-LP project aims to support the development of multidisciplinary postgraduate academic curricula at African higher education institutions to bridge the skills gap in Africa’s rapidly-growing energy access sector.
